Titan Terms of Use

•Titan is not designed to be comprehensive, or to be complete. Note that sometimes the answers produced will include hallucinations. Check answers and do not rely on them without professional advice and independent review of source documents.
•Manual Review: Although Titan is designed to streamline your work, it's essential to manually review all outputs. While Titan's AI is powerful, it may not capture every nuance or context. Manual reviews help ensure the document meets your needs.
•We do not store prompts or outputs and OpenAI does not use your inputs as training. The platform uses OpenAI and data is processed by them. You can read more about OpenAI's data protection measures here.

•We recommend running documents through Titan more than once as it is based on AI there will be different outputs over time.
•User Feedback: As Titan is based on AI, your feedback helps us improve. Please share your experiences and any potential areas for improvement.
•If you work or are an employee or a contractor for a competitor to us, you are not permitted to use Titan. We reserve the right to cancel accounts from any employees or contractors of competing businesses. We may contact you to provide you with tips and tricks to use Titan using the email address you use to register.

•We own all intellectual property rights in and to Titan including any improvements or changes we make based on your feedback or suggestions.
•Your use of Titan is subject to you not seeking to copy, reproduce, dissemble, reverse engineer, or infiltrate Titan.
•Titan has been developed with specific limitations including those noted in the cautions section of this document.
•You agree to using Titan in a manner that does not overload our servers and to only submit a reasonable number of requests each day. We may suspend or cancel your access to Titan at any time where reasonable.
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, our (including that of our directors and officers) liability to you is capped at the amount of any fee you have paid to us and in no event will either party be liable to the other for any consequential loss such as loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
•Third-Party Content: Titan may contain links or access to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources.
